Zinc plated steel with yellow passivated finish.

Lynch pins are designed to retain a device on the shaft by fastening through its pre-drilled hole. They have a locking ring mechanism that helps to hold the pin in place. The wire is very handy as you can secure the pin and not lose it when it is not in use
